The documentary weaves intimate interviews with dynamic footage of spontaneous performances at landmarks like the Ilorin Central Mosque and the historic Agbala Market. The goal is to reveal how these performers preserve Yoruba traditions while adapting to modern urban life, creating a bridge between past and present. As a portfolio piece, 'The Harmony of Ilorin' showcases the editor's skill in narrative pacing and sound design, blending ambient city sounds with traditional rhythms. The project is designed for a small team of 4-5 people, including the editor, a director, a sound recordist, and two production assistants, ensuring a manageable yet impactful production.
