This project merges London's iconic brutalist architecture with its vibrant music scene through real-time audiovisual projection mapping. A visual artist will create generative digital art that responds live to original music compositions, then project these visualizations onto carefully selected concrete structures across the city. The concept explores how sound can 'paint' architecture, turning functional spaces into temporary galleries that reveal hidden patterns and emotions through light and color. What makes this unique is the live, site-specific nature of each projection. Rather than pre-rendered animations, the visuals will be generated in real-time using custom software that interprets musical elements (tempo, frequency, amplitude) as visual parameters. Each location will host a different London musician, creating a unique audiovisual signature for that architectural space. The project captures the intersection of London's musical heritage with its architectural identity, creating ephemeral public art that celebrates both.
