London's Living Canvas is a groundbreaking hybrid event that merges physical urban space with digital storytelling through projection mapping. We'll transform the iconic arches under Waterloo Bridge into a dynamic, interactive projection surface that responds to real-time data from London's cultural pulse—Tube passenger flows, social media trends, and live audience participation via mobile app. The project will culminate in a 3-night live event series where curated content from London creators will be projected onto the urban architecture, creating a dialogue between the city's physical history and its digital present. What makes this unique is the dual-layer experience: live attendees on the South Bank walkway will witness the projections, while a global audience participates through an interactive livestream that influences the visual narrative in real-time.
