This project captures the heartbeat of London's iconic tube network, transforming its ambient sounds—train rumbles, platform announcements, footsteps—into a unique sonic tapestry. A team of musicians and a director will record field audio at key stations like Westminster and King's Cross, then layer original instrumental tracks over these samples to create an EP that feels both local and futuristic. The accompanying visual piece will feature time-lapse footage and abstract visuals of the stations, synced to the music, offering a meditative yet gritty portrait of London's subterranean world. What makes this project special is its deep integration of the city's character—every note is rooted in a specific place, making the music a true London artifact.
