This project brings together London’s electronic music scene and Hull’s gritty indie roots to create a unique EP and live showcase. Using Hull’s iconic landmarks like The Deep and London’s bustling street art alleyways as backdrops, we’ll produce three tracks and a visual album that captures the tension and harmony between urban energy and coastal calm. The creative concept revolves around a ‘musical migration’—London’s fast-paced synth lines meeting Hull’s melancholic guitar riffs. The project will include a collaborative writing camp in a converted warehouse in Hull’s Fruit Market district, followed by a live performance at a pop-up venue near London’s Shoreditch, highlighting the journey from north to south. What makes this unique is the fusion of two distinct music cultures and the use of virtual reality elements in the final music video. This is a portfolio-worthy project for any musician, producer, or visual artist looking to showcase cross-disciplinary skills in a rapidly evolving industry.
