This project blends contemporary aerial dance with interactive visual projections to create a site-specific performance in Lalbagh Botanical Garden. The piece explores the relationship between Bengaluru's rapid urbanization and its cherished green spaces, using the iconic Glass House as both backdrop and inspiration. Dancers will perform on aerial silks suspended from custom rigs, while projections of historical botanical illustrations and modern cityscapes dance across the glass surface. The performance will be filmed and edited into a short cinematic experience, complemented by a live audience event. What makes it unique is the fusion of aerial arts with digital storytelling, celebrating Bengaluru's identity as the 'Garden City' through a modern, interdisciplinary lens. The project leverages the growing trend of immersive, location-specific performances and offers a stunning visual portfolio piece for all involved.
