Subway Sessions: Live from the Labyrinth is a guerrilla-style live music event that reimagines the NYC subway as a stage. Over two weeks, we'll coordinate with local musicians and performers to stage surprise 15-minute sets in three iconic stations: the Oculus, Times Square, and the abandoned City Hall station. Each performance will be filmed and streamed live, culminating in a final showcase at a Brooklyn warehouse. The project captures the raw energy of the city's underground culture, blending music, movement, and architecture. It's unique because it turns everyday transit spaces into ephemeral concert halls, creating a fleeting experience that's both accessible and exclusive. The final event will feature a curated lineup, immersive projections, and a participatory element where attendees can remix the sounds of the subway.
