This project merges London's iconic brutalist architecture with original electronic music to create site-specific projection mapping installations. The artist will transform concrete surfaces at locations like the Barbican Estate and Southbank Centre into dynamic visualizations that respond to a custom-composed soundscape. Using generative art techniques, geometric patterns, color fields, and abstract forms will appear to breathe, fracture, and flow in sync with musical elements, turning imposing structures into responsive artworks that engage both daytime viewers and nighttime audiences. The unique approach involves creating a feedback loop where the music influences the visuals, and the visual patterns in turn inspire musical improvisation during live recording sessions. This project captures London's tension between historical preservation and contemporary innovation, using technology to reveal hidden rhythms in the city's urban fabric. The final installations will be documented as both standalone visual pieces and as part of an immersive audiovisual experience, creating portfolio content that demonstrates cutting-edge intersection of visual art, music, and technology.
