This project aims to create a 5-episode social media series that highlights Bengaluru's unique blend of nature, culture, and innovation. Each episode will focus on a different aspect of the city: the iconic Lalbagh Botanical Garden, the thriving street art scene in Shivajinagar, the sustainable tech startups in Koramangala, the bustling flower markets of KR Market, and the serene Ulsoor Lake. The series will be shot in a vlog-style format, combining interviews with local artists, entrepreneurs, and historians, with stunning visuals of the city. The content will be optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and longer-form YouTube videos, aiming to engage both locals and a global audience. What makes this project unique is its hyper-local focus and collaborative approach. By partnering with local talents, we ensure authentic storytelling that resonates with the community. The series will also incorporate interactive elements, such as polls and Q&A sessions, to involve the audience. The final deliverables will include not only the video series but also a behind-the-scenes photo essay and a set of social media assets, providing a comprehensive portfolio for all involved. We will leverage current trends in short-form video, such as quick cuts, dynamic transitions, and trending audio, while maintaining a documentary feel. The project is designed to be completed over 3 weeks, with a small team of 4-5 creatives, making it achievable and impactful.
