Neon Chronicles is a 4-episode immersive video series that explores the soul of New York after dark. Each episode focuses on a different iconic subway station (e.g., Times Square, Grand Central, Jay St-MetroTech) and the unique characters, performers, and late-night commuters that bring it to life. The series blends documentary-style interviews with stylized cinematic b-roll, graffiti art, and ambient soundscapes to create an authentic yet dreamlike portrait of the city that never sleeps. This project is designed for maximum social media impact, with each episode optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The team will use a mix of guerrilla filming techniques and smartphone cinematography to capture candid moments. The unique angle: 'Night Shift Stories' — interviewing subway workers, musicians, and regulars who inhabit these spaces after hours, revealing a side of NYC few tourists see. The series will end with a 'Daylight Reveal' episode showing the same locations transformed, creating a compelling contrast.
