This project creates a tangible, portfolio-worthy bridge between two distinct UK creative hubs. The concept is a mirrored, one-night-only pop-up experience. In London's Shoreditch, we'll activate a curated warehouse space with interactive digital/physical art installations themed on 'Northern Inspiration,' drawing visual and narrative cues from Hull's maritime heritage and brutalist architecture. Simultaneously, in Hull's regenerated Humber Street district, a corresponding pop-up will host installations themed on 'City Energy,' reflecting London's pace and multicultural tapestry. The two locations will be connected via a live, curated video feed broadcast at each venue, creating shared moments and a sense of unified event. What makes this unique is the deliberate pairing of the established capital with a rising northern powerhouse, leveraging the trend for hyper-local yet interconnected experiences. It's not just an event in two places; it's one event split across two cities, designed to generate buzz, foster cross-city creative dialogue, and serve as a powerful case study in synchronized experiential marketing. The project will be documented to create compelling 'you had to be there' content for both cities.
