This project aims to create a short, atmospheric film that captures the soul of Hyderabad's historic markets—Laad Bazaar, Begum Bazaar, and Sultan Bazaar. The film will move beyond typical touristic views, focusing on the intricate textures, sounds, and human rhythms that define these spaces. We'll use a slow, meditative pace with sweeping camera movements, extreme close-ups of craftsmanship, and ambient audio to immerse the viewer in a timeless, vibrant world. What makes this unique is the juxtaposition of old and new—we'll film artisans working alongside modern vendors, with a soundtrack that fuses traditional 'Shehnai' with subtle electronic beats. The film will be a portfolio piece that showcases both technical skill in cinematography and sound design, and a deep respect for local culture. The final cut will be optimized for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (1-2 minutes) plus a longer 5-7 minute version for Vimeo/festivals.
