Echoes of the Underground is an immersive physical theatre piece that transforms disused London Underground stations into stages for a journey through the city's forgotten stories. Inspired by the 160th anniversary of the Underground and the trend of immersive, location-based performances, the project will weave together movement, live soundscapes, and projected visuals to explore themes of migration, connection, and urban isolation. The performance will be promenade-style, with the audience moving through different areas of the station, each representing a different era or narrative.
