Set against the backdrop of iconic Northern Quarter graffiti walls and the abandoned mills of Ancoats, the shoot will feature models styled in upcycled fabrics and locally sourced accessories. The concept draws from the city's punk spirit and its role as a global cotton hub, turning raw urban textures into high-fashion statements. What makes this project unique is its focus on sustainability and local craftsmanship. We'll collaborate with a Manchester-based seamstress to custom-make garments from reclaimed materials, while the art director will design props inspired by factory machinery. The final output will be a 10-page digital editorial for Instagram and a print-ready zine, showcasing how Manchester's past can inspire future fashion trends.
