This project is a visual poem that reveals the overlooked beauty of London’s hidden spaces—from abandoned arcades in Soho to rain-slicked alleyways in Shoreditch. Using zero dialogue, the film relies on movement, light, and sound design to tell the story of a dancer who discovers these places and leaves a trace of life behind. The unique approach blends site-specific performance with cinematic storytelling, creating a dreamlike portrait of the city that feels both timeless and urgent. The mood draws from Wong Kar-wai’s intimate framing and the raw energy of London’s urban landscape. The final piece will be a 5-7 minute short film optimized for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube, designed to captivate audiences with its visual richness and emotional depth.
