Neon Tides is a live event series that transforms iconic venues in New York, Miami, and LA into immersive, multi-sensory experiences. Each event features a collaborative performance between local visual artists (muralists, 3D artists, VJs), musicians (DJs, producers, vocalists), and performers (dancers, spoken word artists), all responding to the theme of 'urban tides'βthe constant flow and cultural exchange between these three coastal cities. The creative vision is to create a blueprint for a traveling showcase that can be replicated in other cities, with each iteration reflecting the unique local culture. In New York, it's the raw energy of Brooklyn; in Miami, the tropical vibrancy of Wynwood; in LA, the cinematic glow of Downtown. What makes it unique is the integration of real-time digital art with traditional live painting, creating a dialogue between the physical and digital realms. The events will be documented and turned into a short film and a digital zine, making it portfolio-worthy for all involved.
